Migration questions, answered.

How long does the actual switch take?
The Meta-side BSP transfer takes 24–48 hours (this is Meta's clock, not ours). On our side, template + contact + agent migration typically takes 4–8 working hours depending on volume. Most customers cut over fully within 3 working days end-to-end.
Can I run Trinetra and my old BSP in parallel during the cutover?
Yes — until the Meta BSP transfer completes, both platforms can be configured against the same WhatsApp Business Account. We recommend a 24-hour parallel window to verify templates render correctly before switching the receive-side webhook to Trinetra.
What happens to my existing message templates?
Meta-approved templates stay approved when the BSP transfers (Meta does not re-review). Trinetra mirrors them on the dashboard for editing. If your old BSP locked templates to their account, we re-submit them to Meta on your behalf — usually approved within 24 hours.
Is the SWITCH3FREE offer time-limited?

What if the migration goes wrong?

Do you migrate from BSPs other than the ones listed?
Yes. The listed names are the ones we have explicit migration playbooks for; any BSP that exposes a contact CSV export + Meta-approved template list can be migrated. Email us with the BSP name + your invoice, and we will scope it.
